Fantasy Playoffs Predictor 2.4.1 (demo only)

Needed to make a few changes that only apply to the demo version:

• Added an pop-up notification informing the user to recalculate league calculations started pre-2.4 to see the full league.
• Minor layout adjustments.

Both the full version (2.4) and demo version (2.4.1) are available on the Google Play Store.
